Room can be very bright for corporate meetings, or dimmed with ambiance from hanging lights, and so on. A few pieces of stylish furniture are included with the room rental (couch, antique wood block tables, bar-height serving table, 2 round high-top tables), and the hanging lights are permanently installed on dimmers. NOTE RE: BOOKING TIMES: We usually only book meeting and workshop rentals on weekdays before 6pm because we also have some production and studio rooms in the same building. In the evening and on weekends we can't guarantee no background noise will be audible - we can still book you in on evenings and weekends if you are fine with this aspect. During the day we block off nearby production rooms in order for the meeting space to be quiet for meetings and small-group rentals, whereas we can't do this in the evenings or on Sat/Sun afternoons. There's a not a huge amount of noise transfer but it would be audible if your event is quiet in nature. If your event will be social, casual, or have background music then it would be fine to book on evenings and weekends. It was a fantastic venue for our presentation. The room was clean, well presented and the chairs were laid out perfectly. It was easy to deal with Theo and arranging all the accommodations. A friend of mine has also had a wedding in the venue and loved it.

Theo was a fantastic host leading up to the event, and onsite for any questions we had. The space would be quite tight for 100 people but we had 70 people onsite and I would say it was perfect with all the chairs and tables set up. The only challenge was no elevator getting up to the space, so if you have a lot of things to unload, ensure you have plenty of help. If you also have a workshop happening and need silence, let Theo know so that no band bookings are scheduled downstairs.

Host was responsive and the room fit our needs for a large group meeting for the day. Bright and spacious, all the hookups for tech that you need, and with onsite help if you run into any questions. Valuable parking spaces in the back. Just a note that there is no kitchen so you have to be able to bring everything in.

Carlos and Theo were quick to respond to my messages and it was easy to communicate with them to ask any questions and to discuss details for planning my event at their space! The space was clean and they set it up perfectly to how we asked for! We hosted a party and we didn’t need to do much decorating because the space was already nicely set up! Staff was on site, so it was easy to ask for anything when we needed something! I would definitely recommend this space!
