Newly renovated, huge, bright open art and photo studio loft. The space is 1500 sq ft and centrally located near the Arts District in Downtown LA. We provide a variety of options and are flexible and accommodating. Enhanced Health & Safety Measures: Everyone’s health and safety is a priority. The entire space is thouroughly cleaned and disinfected every day. We provide masks, sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizer, handsoap, paper towels and other cleaning products. We are committed to upholding a safe environment for any type of booking. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our host Lauren was really great and communicative. On the day of the shoot, we we were able to access the studio quickly and got fast responses if we had any questions. We were initally a little confused by the listing and thought that it stated the studio space was ground floor but it actually meant ground floor access and we had to go up a flight of stairs since there wasn't an elevator. The studio was a little less spacious that we thought with the amount of furniture, art, and various other items that were in the space. Ultimately, however, this space still fit our needs.
