A large corridor is located in the back, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator). The building is located near great bars and restaurants in historic downtown. The Arts District is located one mile away. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
