About the Space

VIDEO TOUR: https://vimeo.com/817752169/94b2b1c120?share=copy Located in the historic fashion district of DTLA, this spacious multi-purpose loft is perfect for team meetings, photo and video shoots, film screenings, art shows and events. The space includes a large commons area with kitchen, production space, lounge space and one large bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A large corridor is located in the back, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator). The Arts District is located one mile away.

Parking description

Two underground parking spaces (tandem) are available as an “add-on” located only steps away from the elevator. The dimensions of this tandem space parking is 13 feet, 6 inches by 27 feet, 8 inches. Both cars must be less than 27 feet 8 inches from front to rear. Height clearance to enter the parking structure is 6 feet, 8 inches. (See photos for reference) If you have a truck or trailer that does not meet the clearance requirements, the purchase of parking still grants access to the outdoor parking lot where the truck can unload off-street. (Outdoor parking spots are reserved for building residents) IMPORTANT: Please include parking under “Add-ons” with your booking request so we can ensure the space is available the day of your event. We may not be able to accommodate last minute parking requests. OTHER OPTIONS Multiple all-day and overnight lots are available on Main and Spring Street. Free street parking after 8pm.

General Rules

--Alcohol is allowed. --Catering is allowed. --Guests have full access to kitchen and appliances. --No smoking. --No glitter or confetti --This includes balloons that have plastic confetti inside. --Set up preparation for your event must happen during the time of your booking. We do not allow early access to drop off or set up items. --1.5 hour overtime penalty for last minute booking extensions. Guest Clean Up Responsibilities --Guests are responsible for placing loose trash (including decorations) into bins and all trash bags are to be placed in the large industrial bin near the back office area. --Any furniture that has been moved must be returned to the original layout. (All other clean up is covered under the cleaning fee)

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are located in the building entrance and hallways outside the elevator. There are no security cameras inside the loft.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

With large-scale windows, this space has access to outdoor air ventilation and has been cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines. Hand sanitizer, disposable gloves and masks will be provided for guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:
