Lighting description
Morning hours from 7am to 11am are the brightest. Light begins to fade for the enterior in the afternoon. Equiptment can be left in the space overnight if shooting over the course of 2 or more days.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Occasional noise from neighbors. Minimal noise from nearby traffic. Some noise from the refrigerator inside the space, can be temporarily unplugged.

Equipment can be brought in via the main street but will then need to be carried to the space itself.
Staging area is available
Shoots may use any area of the space to set up Makeup and Wardrobe. The space is small but a small crew/cast will have ample room.
All rooms are available for shooting
The space is located within a small community of other similar units. Out of respect for neighboring tenants, please refrain from filming/loitering in any other areas outside of the designated Peerspace.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules
Please take care not to photograph/film the outside property of neighboring tenants.
There may be no more than 6 persons in the space at one time for shoots. If needing to book a film production with more than 6 people, please contact the host to make special arrangements.
Be advised, there are CATS that occupy this space.
Items and furniture in the space may be moved or adjusted but no permanent alterations may be made to the property.
Please keep volume to a minimum so as to not disturb neighboring tenants.

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis and in between bookings. Space is well ventilated.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
