Property has a large desert lot that you could park many vehicles on. There is a car port for one large vehicle or two small cars.

Large double sliders across the property. Rolling shades on each slider. Mornings are the brightest.

You cant hear the neighbors. No we are not located in a busy street. Some minor noise from AC units but you can turn them off.

Multiple outlets in the property and circuit breaker is on the outside of the property in the main suite.

No smoking or candle burning - This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet from any exterior doors. There will be a $500 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline No pets on the property - No exceptions. No parties - Reservations will be canceled without a refund if a party is held on the property Do not set the AC below 68 degrees - It could freeze the unit! Please do not use the unit if any windows are open. Please be respectful of the neighbors - Follow our good neighbor policy of no outside noise after 9:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in a cancelation of your reservation without a refund. No glitter or confetti allowed - Please remove all decorations by the time you check out. Do not touch the shades - They are meant to be operated strictly with the remotes and wall switches. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE IS NO FURNITURE BLOCKING THE SHADES Please take care with open doors - Be aware that you are sharing a desert environment with many curious critters. Please take care with open doors on the property to ensure that no desert critters come into the house. Mice and other visitors especially come out at night so it is best practice to keep the doors closed if you are coming and going from the property. Please do not leave the folding door open in high winds - The high desert experiences strong winds on occasion. Please do not leave the folding door open in high winds and be extra careful when opening the sliding door in the wind to avoid damage. Also, please do not leave the shades down with the sliding and folding doors open as strong winds can damage the shades. Only drop the shades when the sliding and folding doors are closed. Please clean up after yourselves - Excessive messes will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee. Thank you in advance for treating the home as if it were your own. Never leave the fire pit unattended - Even if there is no wind. There can be random gusts that blow debris and can cause a fire. No illegal use of the internet - Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited Please be respectful of the space - There is unique, vintage furniture and decor throughout the property. We value honesty - If something breaks, please let us know. If we discover an item is broken, damaged, or missing without any prior notice we will charge a replacement fee of $100 per item in addition to the actual cost to replace or repair items. If the total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect funds through the resolution center to cover replacement costs of damaged, missing, or broken items. Allow access to property management vendors - Guests shall allow access to property management vendors and workers during their stay for landscaping, maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs, and inspection of premises. Drop shades - Please drop the shades each time you leave the property. The sun is very strong and dropping the shades will help preserve the furniture and help keep the property cool. Please pull out the vent hood while cooking - This will help keep the home smelling clean and you won't risk setting off the fire alarm.

You can move furniture as long as its moved back to its original state after your shoot.
