About the Space

IMPORTANT: Please note that proof of vaccination is required for entry for you and any guests. Remember to bring a photo or physical copy of your CDC vaccination card that shows it has been at least two weeks from the final course of your vaccination series. Unfortunately, we’re not able to make exceptions but have a very lenient refund and cancellation policy. Thanks for understanding! With modular desks and seating, this large meeting room is perfect for live streams, team offsites, brainstorming sessions, meetups, classes, and talks. The Rambling Rose is equipped with a 70" monitor (with wireless casting and hookups for Mac and PC) and a large whiteboard, of course. This room seats up to 8 people in boardroom configuration, 16 in classroom, and 30 in theater. Treat yourself and your guests to a glass of fine wine or a handcrafted espresso beverage from our onsite taproom and café!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This space was great! We used it for a team offsite for 6 people and there was plenty of room for all of us and then some. The room came with a whiteboard, dry erase markers, and an eraser as well as a TV with a USB-C cord to connect to a laptop, which was perfect for our use case. I would absolutely book this room again! Great rate and a central location for a couple of team members coming in from out of town.
