About the Space

Agency friendly studio & ideal for podcasts. Have hosted guests for 2 international podcasts (Freakonomics)(Queens University) 100+ year old traditional loft, designated a heritage space. Exposed brick, exposed beams and ceilings. A small green screen area with lights for video shoots and a sound proof floating audio record room with client friendly monitoring area. Bathroom, kitchen, ultra fast wifi. Podcast studio with video record option using high end RE20 microphones. Can accommodate 2 main guests or addition

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
