About the Space
This Little Italy loft is perfect for filming interviews, training videos and even live streaming events and classes. It is equipped with multiple cameras, lighting, video switchers and high speed internet. The space is also a great choice for instructional videos or photo shoots. We have multiple backgrounds including green screen, white screen or black screen. Our laser projector and 120" screen opens up a plethora of creative background possibilities for your films, documentaries and corporate videos. There is also a small enclosed control room/editing suite on the first floor. Your team can monitor the shoot downstairs in the control room without disturbing the filming going on upstairs. Please note the pricing only includes the space, background and lights. Cameras, audio and live streaming gear is additional and we will create a custom quote for you should you need additional gear or services. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings

This is my second booking in this space. As before Horacio was a wonderful host. Accommodating & flexible. The space has good workflow and equipment if you haven’t brought enough on your own. I will definitely book the space again.
