About the Space
Cyc wall is 32 ft. long and 8 ft. deep. The full square footage of the Cyc wall room is 736 sq. ft. (32' x 25') with a ceiling height of 10 ft. 4 in. The waiting room is 169 sq. ft. (13' x 13'). Overhead lighting for Cyc wall is included in basic rental. Adjustments to overhead lighting can be made by the owner only. Includes one private bathroom, audio recording space, and make-up/grooming area with utility sink for cleaning your make-up/grooming tools. WiFi is also included. Located in south suburbs of Chicago, less than a mile away from I-80/94/294 expressway. PLEASE BE SURE TO SPECIFY IF YOU'RE DOING A PROJECT THAT CONSISTS OF DIALOGUE RECORDING. Maximum of 4 attendees.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
