OUTDOOR SPACE: Tucked away in the beautiful Sherman Oaks Hills, our private outdoor poolside oasis is every person's dream location! Dive into our lush, tropical tree-lined saltwater pool, then air dry and get that perfect "shot for the gram" in our comfy beach lounge chairs; overlooking the city of LA. Catch the most incredible LA sunset ever, and when it gets chilly, curl up by the outdoor fireplace to warm up. Pool and Hot tub heating is also available upon request and at an additional charge. You can also feel free to connect to our Sonos app and turn on your favorite playlist to vibe to. INDOOR SPACE: Enjoy the gorgeous natural light and open floor plan. The interior has a rustic, clean, fresh Mid Century feel with an open floor plan - perfect for any type of shoot or production. Our specialties include but aren't limited to cooking, kitchen shoots, swimwear, lingerie, boudoir and BTS (Behind the Scenes.) If you need a place to change, style hair, apply makeup, or take a simple break, we have you covered, as we offer additional space on a per-need basis. HEATED POOL / HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub can be heated for your shoot or production. You can add it to your booking in the add-ons section for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
