About the Space

Single family home with 2,000 sq feet. Brick structure with a garage & driveway. Covered front porch and cozy paved backyard with elegant tent. Close to M and R subway station at 46th St in heart of Astoria Queens. Walking distance from Kaufman Studios. Two levels: 1st floor is open concept main living space, kids play area, dinning room, kitchen and half bath, contemporary decor mainly from West Elm and Crate & Barrel, kitchen renovated 5 years ago. 2nd floor has stacked laundry, 3 bedrooms and a full bath with large tub. Medium size bedroom is bare in furniture, master bedroom is being used as an office, also bare in furniture. 3rd bedroom is a baby's room, fully decorated in grey/pink/yellow and gold colors. Full studio basement apartment also available. Home faces east and west, receiving beautiful natural sunrises and sunsets.

Private home. Can enter through 1st floor or basement. Loading trucks can park in front of home and obtain public street permits if needed.

General Rules

No smoking on the property (inside or outside). No large noises after 10pm (Mon to Sun). Children must have a parent/adult supervision at all times. Pets must have a pet wrangler supervision at all times.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

For large shoots, more than 20 people, yes. Production company to obtain.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved around or removed as needed. Production company in charge of handling. All must be put back as originally found at end of shoot. Wall decor can also be removed as needed.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras and security system located outside, in the front and back of the home.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Neat, clean, organized, orderly. Everyday the home is wiped down, disaffected, dusted, vacuumed and mopped.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
