About the Space
We feature a Georgian style home on an 1.75 acres of land abutting a botanical park in sunny South Florida. The sprawling front lawn and bountiful garden beds can be used to feature anything from spring planting and lawn & garden equipment to any kind of party or reception. There is a large pool with diving board in the backyard with an expansive terrace overlook on the second floor. Multiple parties or scenes can easily be set in the back yard, the perimeter of which is fenced and surrounded with dense tropical foliage.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
