About the Space
Our modern and artistic event space is nearly 2000 square feet. Guests have the ability to use our stage, folding chairs, folding tables, couches, stools and high top tables. The original brick walls are covered with artwork from musical artists. Jambox was an old office building that has been converted into 12 soundproof rooms, ranging in size from 100 sqft to 300 sqft in addition to the 2000 sqft event space. The 12 rooms can be rented by the month or by the day/hour. They can be used to record music or podcasts, for band practice, music lessons or any other artistic endeavor.

General Rules
- No smoking
- Anyone booking and using the any of the 12 private rooms must become a member. For example, if your band has 4 members, you must all become monthly members in order to use the space
- All equipment brought in must be removed at the end of booking
- All guests attending an event must sign in for insurance purposes
- Furniture must be moved back to where it was originally found
- In the case of booking the 2000 sqft event space, other members will still have access to their private rooms so they may be walking through the space
- Guests must provide vaild permits from vendors
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be removed from the main space. Wall decorations can not be moved.
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras that record audio and video when people are using the space. These cameras are not monitored, they are used for record keeping purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are requiring a minimum of 12 hours between bookings in order to have sufficient time to air out and to clean all surfaces. Each room has its own air conditioning and heating unit for maximum ventilation.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
