Our clean, light-filled space is perfect for shoots, content creation, small workshops and events. Impress your clients with a professional space that has everything you need for a comfortable and creative shoot. Large North-facing windows create soft light all day long, perfect for natural light photographers or content creators who don’t want to fuss with lighting. The space features a large, versatile shooting area, comfortable seating area, bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our design is clean and classic, with two textured walls to shoot against - one with whitewashed brick, another with wainscotting. BOOKING INFORMATION: - Automated check in, with key in lockbox. GEAR INCLUDED: - Remote controlled backdrop system with seamless white and blue backdrops - 3 V flats, 2 C-Stands, 2 Pro Rolling Stands - 1 large continuous light - Posing stool - Plynth - Sandbags - Wifi FURNITURE INCLUDED: - 2 folding tables - 11 chairs - A vintage couch - A blue chaise - 2 Wassily chairs (modern leather chairs) - 2 barstools Full length mirror KITCHEN: The kitchen is perfect for food photography and prep, or for keeping your team nourished with snacks and refreshments. It includes: - a Nespresso machine (you should bring your capsules) - large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING: - We are located on the 2nd floor. There are 21 stairs to access the space and no elevator. - Free parking is available (do not park in front of garage doors) COVID INFORMATION: - Your safety is important to us. We clean and sanitize all touching surfaces between each rental and provide hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes, and paper towels for kitchen & bathroom. - As government guidelines are changing regularly, please confirm that your event, shoot or production falls within these.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
