About Royal Flash Studios
The studio is a large multi-functional space in South Seattle, right where I-5 and I-405 meet. We have plenty of free off-street parking even for large events. The studio can be used for photo shoots, video shoots, workshops, classes, events, you name it. The studio has two large rooms which are both available for rent. The front room is about 1300 sq ft and is our standard photography space with cyclorama walls and a movable brick wall. The back room features a collection of more eclectic furniture like thrones and other unique items.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was an excellent place for my team and I to film our music video. There was so much to work with including back drops, lights, and furniture. The host was also very accommodating to our needs and responsive to emails and phone calls.

Tom was fantastic to deal with. Location was well maintained, very clean, and the gear was all laid out upon arrival. Would not hesitate to shoot there again.
