The building is accessed by a ramp directly into the studio from the street. There is only one step as you walk into the studio.

The most important thing to remember is that this is a shared space by many creatives. Please treat it with care, kindness and respect so that we can all continue to have fun using it. I appreciate it! Consider taking a photo or video at the beginning of your booking so that you can remember where props were. All props MUST be returned to where they were found. The studio entrance door auto-locks when it is shut. Please be sure to always have your entrance code on you if you plan to be in and out of the studio. -Absolutely no smoking of any kind -Be gentle with the live plants and do not place them rubbing up against the walls. -No pets -No food or drinks on the furniture (other than water). Food and drink can be kept on the desk in the studio entrance to ensure the props stay as nice for as long as possible. -Please be considerate of dirty shoes in the studio especially during rainy season. Please keep dirty shoes/feet off the rugs and furniture. A cleaning fee of $100 (at minimum) may apply to stains. -No jumping on couches -No glitter/confetti/body oil/hairspray on body (anything that will be difficult to clean or possibly not come off the props). -No parking in the gravel lot (that is parking for the other businesses)— the studio is street parking only. -Nudity is ok but please make sure you are providing your own cloth to keep private areas from contacting furniture/props. Boudoir clients must provide their own cloth to keep private areas from contacting furniture/props as well as their own bedding (comforter/quilt + sheets) for the full-sized bed in the studio. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if I find you have not done this. -DO NOT change in the front foyer area. There is a camera pointed at the front door for security and is accessible to me, the owner, at all times. The camera does not cover the studio floor. Please us the changing room that is provided to you, back under the stairs. -Absolutely no disconnecting of security cameras. A $150 fee will be charged if you disconnect them. -Do not attempt to move the large anthropologie mirror. It is very large and heavy and needs to stay put. A $100 fee will be charged if you move it and if the mirror breaks the full price ($1,598.00) will be charged to you to replace it. -Your time is exact. There is no additional time given for setup or cleanup--this is included in your booking. Please be courteous and respectful of the time you've booked. There may be a renter before or after you. If you need to stay late, please text/call me ahead of time and I'll let you know if that's a possibility. If you exceed your designated booked time, you will be charged an additional half hour. If you exceed your booked time by 20 minutes or more, you will be billed for an additional hour. This additional fee must be paid within 72 hours from the end of your booking. SWING rental rules (if applicable): The swing is for use at your own risk. Please note that this is a prop swing. Do not swing excessively or use it like it's a park swing. Do not stand on the swing, jump off the swing, or have more than 2 adults on the swing at a time. At the end of your booking… -The studio needs to be returned to the condition it was found. There is a broom, swiffer, and vacuum located in the back room. Please make sure that any messes you make are properly cleaned before you leave. -Heat/AC must be turned off. -Lights & fans turned off -Door must be shut all the way. There is a friendly reminder of these duties, located on the back of the door as your leaving. I want this to be a fun, clean, and creative space for all.
