About the Space
We have 40 yards of field turf, we have workout equipment, there are men and women’s bathrooms with showers, a 600 square foot sand pit, small children’s play area, and 2 large garage doors. Workout classes would be good, meetings would be good, events and birthday parties, conferences would be good. Classes of any kind would be good

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Cool fitness space with tons of weight training equipment. Easy access, in and out. Communication was easy too. It was an excellent experience all around Thank you.

Let me preface that I was not going to leave a review but Peerspace forces everyone to or you can't book again. Aesthetically, this is a nice space. The equipment is nice and in good shape, the terf is cool. However, it's a winter-only space as the cooling and airflow system is not adequate. It's not air conditioned and the fans are too small to cool the place adequately, especially if it's been unoccupied in the hours prior. We were overheating quickly into our session because it was well over 90 degrees in there in the June heat. I do hope the host can address the cooling issue and make the space workable for the summer months.
