COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean each space before and after a booking. An hour between bookings is taken so that cleaning and airing can be done. We have hand sanitizers in each space, we also provide masks when you enter the building if needed. We require all persons to wear masks in all common areas and in bathrooms. The common areas are large and distancing is easy with people from other suites.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

You will love the vibe here! Personal and friendly! The space is 230 square feet and we provide coffee & tea. Close to the bathrooms and a large kitchen area. Each space comes with filtered water added fresh on the day your booking starts. There is a whiteboard, a monitor, and 4 chairs around the table and a comfy sofa! We hope you enjoy this space! We're close to many amenities, including Safeway, AT&T Ballpark, China Basin, many restaurants, etc.

Parking description

Townsend St. has no parking, but metered parking can be found one block behind our building on Bluxome. There is also a couple of parking lots a few blocks away for all day parking.
