About the Space
You will love the vibe here! Personal and friendly! The space is 430 square feet and we provide coffee & tea. Close to the bathrooms and a large kitchen area. Each space comes with filtered water added fresh on the day your booking starts. There is a whiteboard, a monitor, and 6 chairs around the table and a comfy sofa! We hope you enjoy this space!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean each space before and after a booking. An hour between bookings is taken so that cleaning and airing can be done. We have hand sanitizers in each space, we also provide masks when you enter the building if needed. We require all persons to wear masks in all common areas and in bathrooms. The common areas are large and distancing is easy with people from other suites.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
