About the Space

We have a converted shipping container that serves as an awesome photography space. Perfect for photographers or if you want to come in on your own for selfies or to film yourself. There is a Bluetooth speaker available in the room to set the mood. The space is not soundproof. We do not guarantee it will be quiet for audio recording. There is a green screen backdrop up that is available for your use. There is a bathtub that can be rented as an add-on prop. Water can not be put in it. But be creative. It would look perfect with balls or flowers. The hanging lights and backdrop lights are included. Changing color lights are add ons. Other add ons are available as well. We welcome tours if you would like to see the space before you rent it. Just message us so we can schedule a tour. This space is not wheelchair accessible, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Your rental time does not start until the time on your reservation. If you enter the room before time you will be charged for the additional use at 1.5x the rented rate. Your end time is your departure time and is a ‘hard out’, meaning that the last person, and your personal belongs should be out of the space at your rental end time. Because of this, we recommend beginning your cleanup at least 30 minutes in advance HOOKAHS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU HAVE THEM YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE There is no staging in the common areas such as the courtyard or the hallways. The common spaces are for passage not an extension of the space you rented. DO NOT TAKE FURNITRE OR CHAIRS FROM OTHER ROOMS OR AREAS -the space that you are in comes as is. We do have chairs, tables, lights and other add-ons for rent should you need them. If you do take it upon yourself to take furniture from another area you will be charged a rental fee. Confetti, glitter, feathers or other small particles are not allowed. There will be $25 additional fee for if it is used.
