About the Space
This space is great for photo shoots, fashion shows, art pop-ups, small dinners and brunches, political campaigns fundraisers etc. The space is made up of three different areas one is a apparel and accessory area another is a fresh juice and tea bar and the last is a hanging table display that can be removed if space is needed.

General Rules
There’s absolutely no smoking inside of the building outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is not permitted to anyone under the age of 21 and it will not be provided by the space but you are welcome to provide your own cocktail.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras in the space however for private events they will not be recording.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Everything is properly sterilized before entering the space and Everything should be returning to the original condition before leaving cleaning crew will arrive after the event to sterilize.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
