This space has open air. So while contained from some elements it has beautiful natural light, especially in the afternoon. Beyond that the space is lit with unique floral chandeliers that sport warm Edison light bulbs. There is also the ability to turn on florescent lights if that is helpful at any point.

We're back off the street so cars aren't a problem. Depending on the day there can be air traffic.

Ground Floor

Load in access is very easy. There is a large parking lot and a rolling garage door for easy load in of oversized items like grand pianos, cars, and lighting equipment.

There can be an additional space made available at a cost.

Office space.

There is plenty of power of multiple voltages for strong lighting and power pulls.
