About the Space

We offer a private, newly renovated apartment below our historic home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the New River Valley. We are a short walk to Cassell for Hokie basketball as well as Lane Stadium. You will be nestled in the heart of Blacksburg - a 5 minute walk to Virginia Tech campus and a stone's throw to downtown. Perfect for meetings, photo shoots, or a quick daytime getaway.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
