About the Space
Our home is spacious, open, great flow for parties, gatherings, photo shoots. One of a kind home designed in 1953. Well thought out updates throughout. Unexpectedly large back yard opens onto green space. Lovely plantings and wonderful spring /summer flowers! Several different outdoor spaces to enjoy including a large deck.

Large windows on west wall of living room no blinds on windows. Windows lining the east wall of kitchen with blinds. Very large, high windows on south wall of living room no blinds on windows. Mid-day is brightest. Evening can be very bright from the west.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The neighborhood is very quiet but you can hear people talking as they walk down the street. The furnace is very quiet with radiant heat.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Soft furnishings are steam cleaned after each booking. All staff follow state guidelines for COVID- 19 safety. Portable air filtration devises are used between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
