CATERING: Outside catering is allowed to be served indoors by approved or preferred local services. We recommend Maria's Gourmet and Eatwell Kitchen. SMOKING AND DRUG USE NO SMOKING or DRUG USE OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED. Guests acknowledge that they may be liable for fines and/or fees for damages as a result of any such violation, including $500 fine imposed by Host. ALCOHOL USE If alcohol (beer/wine only) is to be served at a Event, this must be disclosed in the Booking request, and the Guest requesting the Booking must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the event will be held (i.e. 21 years of age or older for Bookings made in the United States. By submitting a Booking request for an Event where alcohol is to be served, Guests shall be deemed to have acknowledged, represented and affirmed that they are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction in which the Social Event takes place. Guests agree that serving of alcohol is in compliance with the appropriate governmental liquor authority. All alcohol served at a Social Event shall be for personal consumption and not for resale. Guests agree to take reasonable steps to enforce and comply with local, state and federal laws and regulations governing the use of alcohol. Neither Guest, nor any of their vendors, shall provide alcohol to persons under the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of the Event, and Guest shall confirm the legal age of consumption for all Attendees and follow the rules and regulations of local provincial authorities and guidelines. If local regulations require the serving of food or other non-alcoholic beverages at any event serving alcohol, Guests agree to fully comply with any such requirements. Any meeting planning to serve beer or wine must be approved by Host. Once approved Guest must obtain one-day event insurance naming Little Harbor Boathouse Additional Insurance via: https://www.eventsured.com/little-harbor-boathouse/ LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY Host shall not be responsible for losses by Guest or any Attendees due to theft, damage to, or disappearance of equipment or other personal property. GUEST is responsible for any losses due to theft, damage to or disappearance of equipment or other personal property. The Host is under no obligation to provide any security measures for the Event, this being the Guest’s obligation. It is recommended that Guests consider obtaining personal property insurance to protect against any damage to or loss of their personal items via: https://www.eventsured.com/little-harbor-boathouse/ LEAVE THE SPACE AS YOU FOUND IT: Any changes to furniture and existing space decorations must be requested and approved. No tacks or tape use. Remove anything brought in for your event & take out all trash & recyclables -- leaving the space tidy and ready for professional cleaners. There is a $500 charge for unauthorized changes to the physical space in any way. OVERTIME: Billed at 1.5 times hourly rate in 1/2 hour increments. Billed at 2 times hourly rate for after hours approved bookings. Be sure to book ample time for set-up, event & cleanup. OVER 50 GUEST COUNT: $500 fee CLEANUP: Guests using space must remove anything brought into the space, take all trash to dumpster in parking lot and leave the space tidy & ready for our professional cleaners.
