About the Space
Great for hairstylists looking to rent a chair but the space (360sq.) has incredible natural light and used to be a photo studio of which I'm happy to rent out for that person. There are 6 windows so lots of air ventilation. It can also be used as an office since the window sills fold out to 2 small tables, or as a yoga/pilates studio. There is a doorbell to let guests in for privacy as well as a bathroom and locker room with locker space.

There is metered parking all around us. Free on Sundays and you can usually find a good spot on East Broadway.
General Rules
- No smoking
- No going on the balcony
- No using salon products or equipment(unless you're a hairstylist renting).

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras record video only. There are 1 in the staircase, one 2 in the main floor, 1 in the break room, 2 outside the window and main entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Barbicide is one of the strongest disinfectants, all materials and equipment are cleaned and disinfected directly after use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
