Driveway can fit four cars and there is additional tandem parking for 2 in front of the front yard.

We have floor to ceiling windows and canvas curtains to control the natural light. The majority of windows face north so you get ambient lighting throughout the property.

We cannot hear neighbors inside the home. In the backyard and front yard, you may hear neighbors if they are playing music. The streets are not busy and quiet. No noise from appliances like AC.

Ground Floor

You can load in the 4-car driveway. Ramp won't be needed. If the loading truck fit the driveway or the reserved parking space in the front yard, they don't need to be moved.

Guest bedrooms

Circuit breaker is located to the right side of the garage.

We have a few guidelines in place to make your experiences as pleasant and seamless as possible and ensure our neighbors stay happy. PARKING & LOAD IN/OUT There are four spots on the driveway for you to unload and park. There is one additional tandem parking for two cars in the front of the front yard. GENERAL: No adult filming. No smoking allowed on the premises. No pets are allowed unless previously cleared with us. No shooting in front of neighbor’s homes or on our block street without a permit. You may book overtime if need be at a rate of 1.5x (we will waive this requirement if the overtime is caused by us not you). Feel free to move any props if need be. If you need to move the furniture, please make sure you bring appropriate furniture wraps and protect the furniture and floors at all times during and after the move. Please restore all furniture and decor to the original position after use. The crew and cast may congregate inside the house, in the front yard or in the backyard, but not in front of the house at any time. No loud noise or music inside the house after 10pm and no loud music outside the house AT ANY TIME including on the driveway. EQUIPMENT & LIGHTING If you have any lighting or equipment that needs to stand on the floor, please put tennis balls on the stand legs and/or appropriate mats or floor coverings to protect the floors. FOOD Outside catering is allowed. You may eat in the dining room, patio or backyard. TRASH If you have more than one bag of trash, please kindly take your trash with you. Please do not remove furniture from the premises of the property. If you re-arrange the furniture, please return them to the original position. Wall decorations cannot be removed without consent from the owner.
