All cars must be parked in driveway. Due to previous issues with mailboxes being blocked, street parking will not be permitted.

Windows are all either East or West facing. East facing windows are in the green room, pink room, and kitchen. West facing windows are in the bedroom, blue room, and black room (black room also has one small north facing window). Light tends to be strongest early afternoon, and almost all windows have curtains or blinds that can be used to control natural light.

All exterior walls have some degree of insulation for soundproofing, and a brick exterior. We rarely hear neighbors, as it tends to be a very quiet neighborhood and we haven't had any sound issues yet. There is an HVAC that can be turned off and the refrigerator can be unplugged (please just give a heads up for this so we can remove perishables)

Stairs, Ground Floor

There are two small steps on the porch to reach the front door, and the back door is ground level. The driveway leads directly to a concrete path that will take you to the front of the house. The back door has a few feet of yard between the door and the driveway.

The circuit breaker is accessible in the black room and was updated in 2017. The black room has 8 outlets that are all ground. Every other room contains multiple outlets-- while not all of them are ground, there is at least one ground outlet in every room. They are all found on the interior walls, except for the kitchen, where the ground outlet is on the exterior wall beneath the cabinets. I also provide adapters if you'd rather use the two prong outlets. There are two outdoor outlets that are located on the wall next to the driveway, and by the back door.

Everything can be moved, as long as it is handled with care, as some pieces are very old. The only exception are the gold buffets in the black room as the wood is 150 years old and not in the best condition. If these pieces need to be moved I ask to be contacted to come over and help to make sure we lift them from the correct spots.
