About the Space
This property is in North Central Austin on 1/2 an acre with a great view, pool, outdoor living space and fabulous house that can be used for almost any event. Weddings, engagements, birthday parties, meetings, lunches, showers, anniversaries, everything goes. The feeling is Spanish Hacienda inside and out, and you will feel transported to another place the minute you enter. Austin cool and interesting!

We had an amazing joint birthday party here and Suzanne was a super helpful host before the event and on the day of the event, she answered all of our questions and I love that we got to do a walkthrough of the space before the actual event so we could do some additional planning! All of our guests enjoyed the sunset pool vibes and had an amazing time! We would love to come back again :)

If you come across this listing, I'll save you some time. BOOK IT NOW. Suzanne was a spectacular host, and the space is even more stunning in person. We used this space for my wife's 30th birthday party. From the beginning of our correspondence, Suzanne was incredibly responsive. She insisted that I tour the space prior to booking, and I am glad that I did, because once I saw it, I was immediately sold. On the day of, Suzanne made all preparations necessary to ensure we had a smooth setup going into the party. She helped unpack and setup our catered food, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed prior to our guests arriving. Suzanne was incredibly flexible and was able to accommodate everything we wanted to include for our party. 10/10 would recommend for any gathering!
