About the Space

Perfect for small, intimate events of 50 or less. Can handle up to 125 guests including our outdoor courtyard space. Small weddings, dinners, anniversaries, birthdays and charity events. Includes 2 private prep spaces for bride and groom. Outdoor 1000 square foot covered courtyard with retractable roof and dedicated bar space. Indoor space is 2500 square feet of open space with historic trolley and idustrial, urban feel. Free use of "Evolve Range Rover" for client use day of event. A truly unique space with lots of character. Evolve tenants include Love Pop and Sweet Fleur Desserts for all your culinary needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

We used Jeff's space for our wedding weekend welcome party, and it was amazing. Not only was the space perfect for our event, Jeff and his staff were the best. Super accommodating and professional. I highly recommend booking this space!
