Perfect for small, intimate events of 50 or less. Can handle up to 125 guests including our outdoor courtyard space. Small weddings, dinners, anniversaries, birthdays and charity events. Includes 2 private suites for bride and groom. Total event space is 5000 square feet Indoor/Outdoor. 2500 square feet of open indoor space with historic trolley and industrial, urban feel. Outdoor space totals 2500 square foot including 1000 square feet covered courtyard with retractable roof and dedicated bar space. Free use of "Evolve Range Rover" for client use day of event. (Limitations apply) A truly unique space with lots of character. Evolve tenants include Love Pop and Sweet Fleur Desserts for all your culinary needs.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
