Private parking lot directly in front of our building. Ample parking spaces available. Room for a trailer or tour bus and plenty of vehicles.

No natural light except via the loading dock door if chosen to be left open.

Our space is quiet and tucked away, but occasionally there is interference noise like loud trucks, airplanes, and nearby trains. During a typical music shoot it's not noticeable but could interrupt an interview shoot. The AC is efficient and runs pretty quietly.

Ground Floor

We have two loading dock doors for load-in; one is accessible via semi or truck, the other is standard at ground level.

Small Artist's Green Room/Makeup room

Upstairs offices and our downstairs editing bay are off-limits, guests can choose to rent upstairs offices for $50/each.

● Studio bookings are scheduled hourly, with a 3 hr minimum. Multi-day bookings are available. ● Renter takes responsibility for the conduct & welfare of all people on premises. ● Studio must be vacated on time. Set-up, breakdown, cleanup, pack-up and all other activities are all included in the reservation period. Occasionally we can accommodate an early load-in. Inquire ahead of time. ● Leave the space as you found it. Remove all trash, wardrobe, equipment, props, etc. Trash & recycling bins are provided on-site for standard sized trash bags. Ask about haul-away services for larger items. An excessive cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if space is not left as you found it. ● Food/catering are allowed. ● No illegal substances or activities. ● No smoking allowed in the building or within fifty feet of the entrance. ● Keep doors closed while music is on and be respectful of our neighbors. Keep all activities inside the studio & maintain adult supervision of minors at all times. ● Studio Manager available either on-site or on-call for the duration of your booking.

Guests can move furniture around but must put everything back where they found it before leaving.
