About the Space
This'll be a rough rough, first-draft, work-in progress: Please look through photos. At the time of this posting, Peerspace is not letting us rearrange them into a logical order. • We've hosted video/commercial shoots here, for medical and consumer ends. • We've hosted 30+ guest wedding rehearsal dinners. The first/main/ground floor is approximately 1200 square feet with two bedrooms adjoining one tall kitchen, a time machine shower, and the theater room: Our theater room was formerly a garage, and makes both complete sense and it completely quirky once you see it in person. We have an old deck with modern outdoor furniture and a firepit we're still figuring out.

Oddball driveway, but can comfortably park 5. Plan to reverse well and in the reverse order you came in. Street parking is extra generous and plentiful.

As we are new to the platform, we are still working on all the possibilities. Please share your details and needs with us so we can help you out. Transparency protects both sides from surprises. Please check back as we'll update this. As we can't account for all possibilities as we're new to the platform, we'd ask you to reach out ahead of time even for instant book:
• No smoking allowed inside or outside
• Outside catering is allowed
• No pets/animals without prior, coordinated permission (may require deposit)
• We distinguish between events (planned) and parties (uncontrolled). If yours is an event, please reach out with your plan.
• Lost or damaged anything is replaced by guests at replacing value, time or repair.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have multiple cameras around the outside of the property covering entrances. Typically these are on, but can be remotely turned off under the right circumstances.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
On top of this, we're constantly keeping our cleaning teams trained in the latest in both national and international disease prevention standards (currently certified in two). Our properties are incredibly private, and perfect for small-to-medium size teams, individuals, and individuals traveling with families. We love taking care of our guests and seek nothing less than perfect stays for them.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
