About the Space
We are Small family farm on 2 1/2 acres. We are located in a beautiful rural town called Acton. We are primarily an agricultural operation, we allow Filming and photography year around. When you visit our farm, you will discover that there are many locations with beautiful backdrops, and we even have a historic Caboose on our ranch affectionately named “Rosie”. We look forward to working with you, please reach out for any and all questions.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Mike and Annjanette were so kind to work with. We were able to scout the location several times, and they were very accommodating to our unpredictable schedule. Our team also appreciated how the location came with a porta-potty which was extremely clean and pleasant to use. Their farm is exceptionally gorgeous, and we had such a great time shooting here.

Mike and Annjanette were were incredible hosts. The farm was so beautiful with some of the most beautiful light I've ever had the privileged to shoot with. They had ample parking, outdoor restroom on-site for us that was VERY clean and left our crew to let us roam the entire farm without any interruptions. Our entire shoot went very smoothly and would highly recommend their charming family farm. Thank you again!
