About the Space

This unique art studio was created for exclusive paint and sip experiences. Showcasing original paintings from local LA artists, this spacious studio would be the perfect spot for film and photography shoots, music videos, private events, and physical or artistic workshops. Other things to note: The 753 sq ft space is located near the University of Southern California in central Los Angeles. The front door has a window with privacy tinting, allowing a lot of natural light to enter the space. There is one restroom with a lock. Once guests arrive a building host will be onsite or nearby for assistance throughout your booking Features include: Air conditioning Wood flooring 18ft wide mirror (dance studio style) Sonos bluetooth sound system with Apple Music, Pandora and Spotify Items available upon request and with further specification: 3 6ft folding tables* 2 8ft folding tables* 2 4ft folding tables* 20+ chairs* Bar area*

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
