NOT SO MUCH FUN STUFF BELOW, BUT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND WANT TO SHARE IT WITH OTHER CREATIVES FOR THEM TO ENJOY IT TOO. HOWEVER, AS A DIRECTOR AND DP MYSELF, I KNOW TOO WELL HOW IT IS WORKING ON A TIGHT TIME SCHEDULE. RULES: - If animals are involved, please contact me. - Smoking is not allowed. Smoking is allowed only outside of the apartment complex. (If the shoot requires smoking, contact me) - Alcohol is allowed, just as long as people are not getting drunk and loud. - Outside catering is not allowed. Everything has to be kept inside the apartment. - Prior to 8:30am and past 9pm, volume must be kept as low as possible given the space is in an apartment complex and surrounded by apartments with older people living in them (all very sweet and gentle human beings). - If your party exceeds the maximum number of people you will need to pay a fee. - Please do not have anything laid outside in the interior court. For your equipment, depending on the amount, I have a little pathway leading to a bedroom and it could be stored in there. The bathroom is there too, but well organized I was able to put a good chunk of equipment once. What are the parking and load-in / load out options on site like? Parking on the street is very easy. If you have a lot or big equipment, let me know, so we can coordinate. Wednesday and Thursday there is street cleaning, but each day is only one side of the street. Deposit required? Not really, but if on the day you ask me to shoot from the court looking into the apartment and it's not something that requires equipment to stand outside, than I'm probably going to allow that! Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Yes, but outside the apartment
