Large conservatory leading directly out into the garden Fully fitted very well equipped kitchen Free superfast wifi Large open sheltered cottage garden wrapping around the house, with lawn, pond and woodland beyond, to pastures and paddocks. The house is beside a 1700's traditional stone farmhouse, and the small farm has other traditional farm buildings of the era.

The whole house is available for those in the required covid cohort, without any one else being involved The rental will be conditional on the house being returned to the same condition, no damage, no fumes. any changes to layout and internal or external fittings and fixtures have to be agreed in detail in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
