New home located in Green Hills in Nashville, TN. It is 4000 sq ft and decorated modern/contemporary. We can be available for last minute video or photoshoots. Two floors. The home consists of master bedroom, 2 guest room, 1 toddler room, 1 office, 1 living room, enclosed patio, bonus room. 5 bathrooms.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

We had more than enough room for our crew for cameras, lighting, and craft services, and we used fewer of our props as we had permission to move decor as long as we set it back. Everything about the space is impressive, and the large windows have excellent natural lighting. I can't wait to rent this home again! Thanks, Genevieve!
