Spacious space for all your needs. All are welcome! - Content Creators - Photographers - Video Creators - Workspace - Etc. Not only is the home lovely but so is the surrounding areas and the neighborhood. Plenty of parking space in concrete driveway and in front of home (no parking on grass please)!

- No smoking anywhere inside the home. You can smoke OUTSIDE THE HOME ONLY. (Smoking indoors will have a fee of $250) - If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back - Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation. - Please keep the new carpet clean. - No disturbance, especially noise past 9 pm. This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No parties!!! - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: - Report any damages or missing items to host immediately. - Turn off all lights and appliances. - Close and lock all windows and close blinds. Thank you!

We strive to provide you with an exceptional experience and for us, this begins with CLEANLINESS. Our professional cleaning crew thoroughly sanitizes the entire home and all contents, between every guest visit.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
