Parking for guests is on the side of the building. Guests can load equipment at door.

There is tons of natural light that pours in to the Plant room and the Powder Room. Bright House Lights keep the rest of the space well lit. It’s a good idea to bring lighting to achieve even more desired looks.

This space has mild reverb, it’s good to bring proper audio equipment if recording sound. Outdoor sound can be perceivable if loud construction near by

There is a designated loading zone right in front of the site. When parked close to the loading zone, no ramp is needed.

There are common areas outside of the unit that are aesthetically nice however those spaces are reserved for residents.

General Rules TIME: Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You may arrive at parking lot at most 10 minutes before your booking start time, however you must contact host to enter building and you must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. Only areas pictured are available for guest use! MUSIC CANNOT BE PLAYED. Unless via phone or laptop under any circumstances. No speakers large or small. Violators will be fined and quickly asked to exit the premises. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire or illegal drugs is allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside.

Wall decor cannot be moved. Furniture moved should be returned back to original position
