Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A small kitchen area is perfect for events that utilize catering! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen area includes: full-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, and dishwasher 1 - 50" TV Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available throughout the complex in any unmarked space but can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

This was a lovely space for my grandson's baby shower. The staff were accommodating and supportive. Everything we needed was onsite and extending time was easy with Lauren. Lauren was great in responding quickly to questions and ensuring I knew the process associated with renting.

The space was beautiful and perfect for our baby shower. The main issue I had was access to the space. The code was supposed to be texted to me the morning of the event through an automated system which did not end up working. I was able to get the code but it was more stressful than I was expecting and also ended up making an unnecessary trip to the space due to incorrect instructions. Also the parking is very limited which was an issue. I think this could be an amazing place to rent if the logistics were ironed out a little better. That being said, we had a beautiful event in the venue.

I was told I would receive a code via email prior to event. The day before, I emailed and then messaged the host and the on site office manager number I was given to ask what time I would receive the email. I did not receive a response. I followed up with a request to pay for an extra hour to ensure that I received on time entry to venue. Again the host never responded. By 4pm the day of the event when the booking was paid to start, so still had not received key code for entry. I called, sent texts, emailed repeatedly and the host never responded or provided a key to enter facility! My elderly, disabled guests were left standing outside while I called, emailed, texted the host and the host facility manager and received absolutely no response. I had to spend money to book an alternate venue, transport my guests to a different site, and replace the food that was ruined after being locked outside for hours. This request for a review was the first and only contact I’ve had after paying in full. Despite the many great reviews who’s undoubtedly influenced my decision to choose this venue over several other available places, I would not recommend for anyone. The damages I incurred were triple what I also lost paying for this venue
