Beautifully Remodeled Lounge Perfect for Entertaining

Where do I start! The venue was perfect. Plenty of space. Completely updated. We were able to have a perfect baby shower. My daughter in law just knew I over spent (not the case here. The price was on point). Our host Brian was amazing from the 1st day to the very end. We showered a baby but oh the things that can be done here. I would rent here again.

This space was exactly what I was looking for to celebrate my 30th birthday party with a group of 50 friends. The space was the activity center of an apartment complex and had access to a beautiful outdoor gathering space. The apartment complex was well notified of the event, during the 8 hour event we were not disturbed by wandering apartment individuals a single time. There was plenty of room for the 50 party goers within the space and the added outdoor space would easily allow for more guests. The TV space allowed us to have the Warriors game on during the party. 2 Minifridges gave space for beverages but would recommend bringing additional coolers for food storage. The "kitchen" area has a sink but no cooking or heating mechanism, plenty of outlets for crockpots though! The booking group was overall responsive and made the experience easy.

Shohreh's place was exactly as advertised, I was able to tour before I booked and it surpassed my expectations. Modern, spacious, clean, bright, and overall a great space to host a baby shower which we did. Shohreh is super accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with. The kitchen and bar area fit huge platters of food and a charcuterie grazing board. The comfy sofas and tables were great for everyone to chit-chat/sit-down/mingle. The outdoor area had tons of seating and tables, plus the outdoor decor is modern with a fireplace and fontain. I hope to book this listing again and will recommend to all my friends who live locally.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The space is fantastic for our Baby Shower, very cozy and very bright. It is also very well equipped. with a pool table and other entertainment. Great for any event, definitely booking this venue again!! Shohreh has been an amazing host, good communication. As well Joaquin was there before our event to make sure everything was perfect. All our guests complimented us on the space. Really made this baby shower so special! Great location, great venue, very clean.

Everything about this booking was fantastic. First, the space is gorgeous, spacious, and with lots of things to do and places to sit and be cozy. Second, the people who run the space are helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Third, the process of renting, setting up, and wrapping up, was quite easy. We rented for a party, and everyone had a wonderful time. I would definitely book this space again. Thank you so much!

WOW!! I could not have been more impressed with this space. I booked this space in Jan 2022 for a SURPRISE 40th bday party for my husband. From the very beginning, Shohreh was incredibly helpful and responsive with all of my OCD questions. Dec 3rd finally arrived, Shohreh contacted me the morning of as promised with instructions on how to access the event space. Brian was introduced to me as he would be on site to assist our guests. We had 30-35 guests, and this space was PERFECT. Brian and Shohreh were incredible with their communication, and willingness to help me throughout the planning/executing process. The space is beyond lovely, pictures don't do it justice. My guests had an incredible time, thank you Brian and Shohreh!!

Amazing host! This was a beautiful site my daughter had a blast she didnt want to leave in the end. I would definitely recommend this space for parties or events for anyone!
