Open living+dining+kitchen area (800 sqft) for production shoots with a ton of natural light from skylights and large windows, as well as recessed lighting. Located in quiet neighborhood with free street parking. Highlights: - Large 4'x8' central island with bar seating - Full kitchen with six burner stove - Large 55" television for presentations - Living room seating for 10 - Dining room seating for 10 - Outdoor deck with landscaped yard - Access to guest bedroom with attached full bathroom for hair/makeup - Free wifi
