🚧 Setup & Tear Down: Set up and tear down time must take place during your booked time. We book multiple shoots a day and you will need to depart from the studio in the condition it was left at your arrival, at the end of the time you booked. - Failing to leave on time and in the condition it was left in will result in overtime charges and a $50 cleaning fees. - You must leave the studio how you found it. 🍕🥤Food and Drinks: Due to there being no cleaning fees or a source of refrigeration, we have a strict NO FOOD policy inside of the unit. However, drinks are fine and permitted. There is a large communal picnic table with ample seating right outside of the unit that you may eat at. If the table is occupied you may bring out a table and chairs from our unit and eat outside the front door but please bring them back in once finished. There is a dumpster located on the opposite side of the brick wall next to the picnic table. Please discard your trash on your way out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cleaning fee. 🪞🪑Mirrors and Furniture: Please do not move any of the mirrors or fixtures that are on the wall, including the Ultrafragola mirror. There is an arch mirror on wheels that can be moved anywhere you’d like if you need something mobile. All seating and tables can also be moved to your liking but please try your best to put them back where they were when you entered the unit. There are also remote controls found in a pouch in the equipment area that can control the Ultrafragola Mirror as well as all other electronic fixtures. ⏱ Overtime: If you need more time please let us know ASAP. With proper notice we can accommodate but on the day of the shoot, if it does not conflict with another booking that day, time will be charged at a 1.5x rate.
