About the Space
Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Shuffleboard and a pool table are sure to entertain a crowd! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen area includes microwave and sink Pool table Shuffleboard 2 - HD TVs Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available outside the clubhouse. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I recently hosted an event at this venue and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand, the beautiful modern decor of the space made for a stunning backdrop and created a sophisticated ambiance. PRO's : 1) The venue includes a fridge with freezer and ice provided and 2) the reception staff was very helpful before they left for the day, which made setting up the event a breeze. However, there were some drawbacks to the venue as well. CON's: 1)The parking situation was quite inconvenient as guests had to be retrieved individually from the rooftop garage, which proved to be a hassle. 2) The lack of tools available (such as scissors, knives, and trash bags) made it difficult to handle last-minute needs during the event 3) The need to use a side entrance to gain entry to the venue after 4 pm was a bit confusing and led to some confusion among guests entering from the street. Furthermore, it was disappointing to discover only after booking that there was no way of contacting the venue by phone, only by email, which could be a problem in case of emergencies or urgent situations. Lastly, the restriction on bringing hard alcohol was a letdown, as only wine and spirits were allowed. Overall, while the venue has some great features and stunning modern design, it's important to be aware of the downsides before booking.

The space is amazing! They've made some upgrades that are not reflected in the pictures. Lauren responded quickly to all of my concerns and made sure I had all the information I needed prior to my event. The ladies in the leasing office were very friendly and helpful. 10/10

My partner and I celebrated our engagement party at this venue. We absolutely loved it. It’s very spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge and ice machine. The pool table was an added plus and there we plenty of seating for everyone. My only issue was that the gate to the front entrance was locked and it made loading the car up a little harder by having to walk around to the side door which also locks so you have to keep it propped open.

Let's start with the good! The place looks exactly like the pics and even more beautiful in person. Lauren was responsive with my questions and was quick. The cons!!! The night of my event the bathroom were clogged and disgusting so my guests couldn't use it. That was a big negative cause they had to go across the street to Panera bread to use the restroom 🚻!! Second I was told the garage wouldn't closed till 10pm but guess what? 9:15pm the doors were closed!! Me and my guests had to figure out how to get to the parking through the apartment complex. I emailed the management that night cause I had an email contact from the manager that said she would reply to me immediately if I had any issues that night but guess what? No answer. There is no number for you to call if there is anything that happens. They don't event give u the number of the maintenance just in case. I wouldn't book this place .
