Located near Fulton and Grand is safe and sound a cozy 3 story victorian equipped with a recording studio on the ground floor and a wooden floor beautifully designed aesthetic lounge room. The main floor is best setup for events such as meditation and yoga as well as corporate lounge parties, small catered lunch and dinners and anyone who wants to film in a beautifully setup living quarter. The bottom floor is a fully equipped studio with a tracking room, mixing room and corner office. great for traveling recording artists and musicians looking to do lockdowns and writer retreats.
