All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is conveniently located off of highway 290 in Dripping Springs, near Austin, Tx. Our 28 X 32 stage in Studio A is perfect for interviews, music videos, and commercials. But we do not limit ourselves to just those types of projects! Our stage is designed to accommodate other needs as well... Just ask! We offer two areas in our facility for shoot your next project: Studio A and B. Studio A has our cyc wall and Studio B offers natural light and more of a lounge area feel that is great for interviews and photography (see pics). Our lighting package is included in the price of the rental. We have a grid with 'DMX Chroma-Q Space Lights' that are “Tungsten" and “Daylight” + a DMX Color Source Board. RV / Trailer hook-ups also available for additional exclusivity while on set.

General Rules

We do require a stage rental agreement to be signed by the renter. However, here are some additional house rules required by (the host): • ______ No drugs or excessive drinking of alcohol on premises. • ______ No filming of pornography of any type. • ______ No smoking inside the studio. • ______ No children on scissor lift. • ______ Only trained operators may operate scissor lift.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
