This is an open concept Live/Work Studio Loft, located in Historical Downtown. It features a beautiful large brown-brick wall with 4 large windows that let in lots of light. I am a creative director myself and the space is great for all artist content creation, Photoshoots, Video Shoots, Dance Shoots, etc. The apartment is furnished, with things moveable upon request. There is a washroom on-site, with a full bathtub and a kitchen. TV Available for Meeting Bookings only. *Please request if you need to use something specific from the kitchen. :) or materials you want to use in the space.
