3 Parking spaces in front of building 3 parking spaces in back with various free street parking spaces around the facility.

There is rolling garage door that brings in natural lighting to the space. This door can be locked to block all the light from coming through as well.

The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood. Appliances and AC are not loud and never presented any type of problems with sound whatsoever.

Ground Floor

There is a loading zone, the studio is located in ground level to make equipment loading easy and fast.

The Cyc Walls are a seperate entity from the Studio Rental. If the Cyclorama wall is used there will be an additional $250 repaint fee to use this studio amenity. The Rain Simulator is a seperate entity from the Studio Rental. If the Rain Simulator is needed there will be an additional $250 setup fee to use this studio amenity

There are multiple power outlets located in every corner of the studio as well as extra extension cords if needed.

No smoking in the building. Smoke is allowed in designating smoking areas outside. Outside catering is allowed. Studios will not be responsible or financially liable for any lost or stolen personal item that may or may not be left unattended. Drugs and/or alcohol are prohibited on onset and/or on the property. No one will be permitted drunk or under the influence of illegal drugs. Client understands they will be 100% financially responsible for any and all damages of Studio’s property, equipment, sets and/or props if the damages occur by the Client and or Client’s associates during the time renter or his parties have occupied the premises. Also if damage occurs due to deliberate acts, carelessness, or unwarranted behavior, the customer will be liable. Please make sure to advise your crew to be careful. All of the equipment provided is accounted for before and after each customer session. If anything is missing the booking customer will be charged with the retail “new” value for the item. Your privacy is just as important to us as your safety and Global Filmz Studios agrees to keep their promise of privacy. At no time are customers to engage in any kind of unlawful activities while on the premises of studio Cleaning & Trash Renter agrees to leave the premises and all contents and fixtures in as good condition as when received. Company will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Renter must discard large items, such as props and set pieces. Disposal of large amounts of garage due to lard set may accrue additional costs. All hard to clean materials must be approved in advance: a refundable deposit may be required.

Everything inside the studio can be used and moved around if it is done carefully to avoid breaking furniture or decorations.
